Terms of Service
These terms explain the rules for using the CODX.Ninja website and app. Please read them before using the service.
Last updated: 21 September 2026
1. Using CODX.Ninja
By accessing or using CODX.Ninja, you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to agree on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, keeping your credentials secure, and activities under your account. Tell us promptly at codx@codx.ninja if you suspect unauthorized access. Workspace owners and administrators may control access to their workspaces and content.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you submit, including messages, documents, files, code, and project materials. You grant CODX.Ninja permission to host, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to provide the service and the features you choose to use. You must have the rights needed to submit content and connect repositories or other services.
Other members of a workspace may be able to view, edit, or use content according to the workspace settings and permissions. Consider this before sharing confidential material.
4. AI and connected services
AI-generated responses, code, and other suggestions may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review them before relying on them or applying changes to a project. You remain responsible for deciding what to use, commit, publish, or share.
Connected repositories and third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use CODX.Ninja to break the law, infringe others' rights, distribute malicious code, interfere with the service or other users, access systems without authorization, or attempt to bypass security or usage limits. We may restrict or suspend access if necessary to protect the service, users, or others.
6. Our service and intellectual property
CODX.Ninja and its website, software, branding, and design belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you permission to use the service while you comply with them; they do not transfer ownership of the service to you. CODX.Ninja is an independent product and is not an OpenAI product or endorsement.
7. Availability and responsibility
We may change, interrupt, or discontinue features as the product develops. We work to keep the service reliable, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
8. Ending use
You may stop using the service at any time. You can request account deletion using the process in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms, subject to applicable law.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required by law. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them. For questions, contact codx@codx.ninja.
