CODX.Ninja provides a shared workspace for teams to organize project work and use AI-assisted tools. For privacy questions, contact codx@codx.ninja.

2. Information we process

Depending on the features you use, this may include:

• Account and contact details: information you provide to register, sign in, manage a profile, or contact us, such as your name and email address.
• Workspace content: messages, tasks, meeting notes, files, recordings, documents, code, and other materials you or your teammates add to a workspace.
• Connected-service data: information made available when you authorize a repository or another integration, subject to the permissions you grant.
• Technical and usage data: information needed to operate and protect the service, such as device or browser details, IP address, activity logs, and error reports.

Our public landing page does not submit information when you open the contact link; it opens your email app so you can choose whether to send a message.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide accounts and workspaces, display and synchronize shared content, run the features you request, respond to support requests, maintain security, troubleshoot problems, and comply with legal obligations. When you use AI features, relevant prompts or project context may be processed to produce the requested response.

4. Who can receive information

Workspace members may see information shared within their workspace, according to its access settings. We may use providers that help us host, secure, support, and operate the service, including AI processing providers for AI features. Information may also be sent to integrations you choose to connect. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

5. Retention and security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate operational or legal needs. Retention can depend on workspace settings and the type of data. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no service can guarantee absolute security.

6. Access and account deletion

You can ask to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information by emailing codx@codx.ninja. To request deletion of your CODX.Ninja account and associated data, email us with the subject “CODX.Ninja account deletion” from your account email address. We may verify your identity before acting. We will delete the account and associated personal data, except information we must retain for legal, security, or other legitimate reasons, and explain any exception when we respond.

If your account belongs to an organization workspace, the organization's administrator may also control shared workspace content. Contact us if you need help understanding what can be removed.

7. International processing

Our service providers and connected services may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

8. Children

CODX.Ninja is intended for professional and team use, not for children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us so we can address it.
